Important Notes – Day Houseboat Packages
- Check-in Time: 10:00 AM | Check-out Time: 4:00 PM.
- The boarding point and drop-off point will be the same.
- Complimentary parking is available at all our check-in locations.
- All meals and refreshments are freshly prepared onboard the houseboat.
- The primary guest making the booking must be 18 years of age or above.
- A 45%–50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance can be paid at check-in. We accept Cash and UPI payments.
- Guests are requested to inform our team of any concerns, special requirements, or issues before the cruise begins.
- Please ensure all personal belongings are collected before disembarkation. No claims can be entertained after check-out.
- Any damage caused to the houseboat due to negligence by guests or accompanying persons must be compensated before disembarkation.
- Air conditioning is not included during day cruises. If required, it may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
- Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children throughout the cruise.
- The management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel the trip in cases of unsafe behavior, violation of rules, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If the cruise is cancelled due to weather conditions or technical issues, we will reschedule your booking to the next available date.
