• Peak season, holiday season, and customized group bookings may have separate cancellation terms.
• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used during booking.
• In case of bad weather, operational issues, or unavoidable situations, cruise timing or package arrangements may be rescheduled based on availability.
• No refund will be applicable for no-show bookings or unused package services after cruise commencement.
• Any customized food, decoration, transport, or special arrangements already confirmed may be non-refundable.
