• Outside food and illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
• Child policy and extra guest charges are applicable as per package terms.
• Any damages caused by guests to houseboat property may result in additional charges.
• Customized package arrangements are subject to prior confirmation and availability.
• Cancellation and refund policies apply according to the booking terms shared during confirmation.
