Important Notes for Overnight Houseboat Packages
- The primary guest making the booking must be 18 years or above.
- To confirm the booking, 45% to 50% advance payment is required. The remaining balance can be settled at the time of check-in on the houseboat. We accept Cash and UPI payments.
- Guests are requested to ensure all personal belongings are collected before disembarkation. No claims will be entertained after check-out.
- Any damage caused to the houseboat due to negligence by guests, children, or accompanying persons must be compensated directly to the houseboat owner before disembarkation.
- Booking agents, offices, or tour operators must clearly explain all terms and conditions to guests in advance to avoid misunderstandings. We act only as a booking platform and are not responsible for personal obligations, guest conduct, or safety of belongings before, during, or after the cruise.
- Air conditioning is available during overnight cruises from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. If additional AC usage is required outside these hours, it can be arranged at an extra cost. Our executive will confirm the applicable charges at the time of booking.
- Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children throughout the trip.
- The management reserves the right to refuse service or cancel the trip in case of unsafe behavior, violation of rules, or unforeseen circumstances.
